Frequently asked questions regarding ordering of products from SSRF's website shop-front

Q. How can we contact SSRF with regards to my order?

A. You can contact us via the 'My order correspondence' section in your user profile.

Q. How can I place my order?

A. You can place your order online. Create a Login member account and click on 'Order with SSRF' in your User Profile.

Q. Do you have any retail outlets from where I can purchase goods instead of ordering online?

A. Currently we do not have any retail outlets other than our website retail shop-front.

Q. Are the prices quoted on the site inclusive of taxes?

A. Yes, all prices quoted on our site are inclusive of taxes where applicable.

Q. I have some questions before ordering. What is the best way to get my questions answered?

A.  Please follow the following steps

  • Click on 'My order correspondence' in your member login menu

  • Click on 'Need help with an order'

  • Select 'General enquiry' from the drop down box and type your message in the text box below. We generally take between 24-48 hours to reply. We are here to assist you and help you make your best purchasing decision.

Q. How can I pay for the products purchased?

A. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, Master card, Maestro etc.) through an online payment gateway.

Q. How secure is my personal information such as credit card details?

A. We do not hold any of your credit card details. Your final payment is made through our payment gateway provider and we are not privy to any of your credit card details and nor do we store them.

Q. Can I cancel my order after payment?

A. Yes, you may cancel your order after payment, up to 14 days of receipt of the goods. You may request the cancellation by clicking on ‘My Order History’.

Q. What are your cancellation terms?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods purchased on the SSRF Shop, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In the event of cancellation the following terms will apply:

1. The returned goods will need to be posted back to the following address at your expense:

2. Upon receipt of the goods at the above address, we will refund you with the purchase amount. Shipping costs paid by you at the time of purchase will not be refunded. You may also be charged a payment reversal fee by the online payment gateway.

Q. How will I know that my order has been received and is being processed?

A. You can check the status and details of all your orders in your SSRF member account by clicking on 'My Order History'.

Q. How can I get a receipt for my order?

A. Receipts are generated instantly and emailed to you when you purchase online. Your receipts can also be accessed and printed by logging into your SSRF member account and selecting your relevant order in 'My order history'. A printed receipt will also be mailed along with your ordered products.

Q. When will my products be delivered?

A. Products are generally mailed within 3 working days of receiving the order however all orders are mailed withing 7 working days. You can check the date when the products were mailed by logging into your SSRF member account. Depending on your location you will receive your order between 10 to 15 working days unless otherwise stated on the order details page.

Q. What if I need my order sooner?

A. If you need the products by a specific date please contact us through your user profile by selecting – 'My order correspondence'. We will provide you the mailing options and the costs involved.

Q.  Can you deliver to my P.O. Box address?

A. Yes, we can deliver to your P.O. Box address. However, please check with your local postal services whether they accept parcels in your P.O. Box before you give your P.O. Box address as your mailing address.

Q. Are there any delivery charges?

A. We currently have a flat charge of 8.80 USD (or the equivalent in other currencies) that is applied to all orders.

Q. What if an item is out of stock?

A. The probability of an item being out of stock is quite rare. However if this is the case, we will notify you of your options via an email. If you have more than 1 item on your purchase list then we will ship what we have in stock and the balance when it becomes available.

Q. How can I keep myself updated on any special offers?

A. We have special offers from time to time and they are updated online – so store our homepage in your favourites.
