Spiritual practice means daily efforts made for God-realisation that enable us to obtain the experience of everlasting Bliss (Ānand). God-realisation through spiritual practice is very difficult without the Guru’s grace. The booklet provides a brief explanation of the word Guru. Progressing towards God-realisation through the medium of the Guru’s grace is called Gurukrupāyoga. Gurukrupāyoga has two aspects – individual spiritual practice that benefits the seeker performing it and spiritual practice for the spread of Spirituality. This booklet elaborates on how to implement both these aspects of spiritual practice.
